Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, strategically minded Sales Engineer / Business Development Lead with a solid technical understanding of IT.

In this role, you will bridge our technical capabilities and international clients, driving business growth across Web Development and Security services.

Beyond standard B2B sales and prospecting, this dynamic role involves representing our company at international B2B events, contributing to digital marketing campaigns, and identifying/applying for business grants and funding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract new international clients via outbound and inbound channels.
• Present company services and connect customer needs with technical solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.
• Collaborate with technical teams on proposals.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Support digital marketing initiatives and grant/funding applications.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Fully remote position. Candidates must be resident and employed in Kosovo.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development or Sales Engineering within IT.
• Experience with international B2B markets.
• Fluent English (C1/C2). German is an advantage.
• Understanding of web development, cybersecurity concepts and AI productivity tools.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
